TERMS & CONDITIONS

By taking part in this Competition, all participants agree to be bound by these Competition Terms and Conditions.

The Competition period runs from 11th Nov to 18th Dec 2022, both dates inclusive.

PRIZES:

• 1st place: 2 return-trip Singapore Airlines economy class air tickets from Singapore to anywhere on Singapore Airlines' route network
• 2nd place: 2 return-trip Singapore Airlines economy class air tickets from Singapore to Sydney
• 3rd place: 2 return-trip Singapore Airlines economy class air tickets from Singapore to Seoul
• 4th to 30th place: Grab vouchers worth up to $100

RULES:

• To enter the Competition, participants must submit their particulars and score to the Leaderboard as instructed after completing a Game.
• Each participant may only rank on the Leaderboard once. Participants may submit their score multiple times, but only their highest score will be counted as an entry. Participants may not submit entries under multiple identities. Participants found to be impersonating others will be disqualified. Entries with falsified information will be disqualified.
• In the event that multiple participants achieve the same high score, prizes will be distributed with the earliest entry having the highest priority.
• Each participant may only receive one prize.

Only entries that are deemed by IPPFA to be complete and accurate will be eligible.

IPPFA shall not be responsible for technical errors in telecommunications networks, Internet access or otherwise preventing entry to the Competition.

IPPFA is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any participant by any third party connected with this competition.

This Competition is only open to individuals residing in Singapore. IPPFA reserves the right to request for proof of residency upon the individual winning a prize in this competition.

The following categories of persons are not eligible to enter the Competition: employees (including their immediate families) of IPPFA and any other company professionally connected with this Competition, or anyone who has worked on this Competition. All entrants shall be responsible for ensuring that their entry and/or acceptance of the prize does not contravene any local laws or regulations. This Competition shall be void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Only entries from individuals shall be accepted to participate in this Competition. This does not include any legal entity. Any entry that IPPFA believes has been made (a) via participation in a syndicate or (b) via any form of machine-assisted intervention enabling computer generated multiple entries, will be disqualified. IPPFA reserves the right to discount multiple entries from the same IP address.

In the event of any dispute, IPPFA’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entertained.

IPPFA has the rights at any time, to substitute any prizes with items of similar value without prior notice.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, or any other social media platform.

Winners will be contacted via phone or email based on the particulars submitted with their entry. In the event that IPPFA cannot for any reason obtain the Winners’ acknowledgement and follow-up within seventy-two (72) hours of first attempting to do so, IPPFA reserves the right to select an alternative Winner(s) at its sole discretion.

Prizes will be distributed to Winners via the contact information provided by them to IPPFA.

By participating in this game, the individual authorises, agrees, and consents to be contacted by IPPFA and its Authorised Representatives for any marketing, advertising, and promotional materials on any new financial products and services, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and IPPFA’s data protection policy. The individual is aware that he/she may withdraw his/her consent provided by him/her any time by submitting his/her request to pdpa@ippfa.com.

All personal details submitted are subject to proof upon request by IPPFA upon winning. IPPFA reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entry not submitted in accordance with these Terms or which tampers with the entry process.

Acceptance of any prize shall constitute a release and discharge of IPPFA by each Winner (and/or their companions) from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, and/or damages which the Winner (and/or their companions) may have, whether known or unknown at the present time, of any nature whatsoever, arising out of or relating to: (i) the Competition, (ii) personal injury and/or property damage, theft or loss suffered by the Winner (and/or their companions) as a result of the use and/or enjoyment of the prize, and/or (iii) any tax liabilities in relation to the Competition, prize and/or use or enjoyment of the same.

IPPFA shall not be liable for any fault or defect with any of the prizes. Any issues or queries relating to the condition of the prizes should be referred to the manufacturer/supplier of the prizes.

The Winner(s) agree to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, including on IPPFA’s website. Similarly the Winner(s) agree to the use of photographs taken during the use and/or enjoyment of the prize in any publicity material.

IPPFA reserves the right to terminate the Competition or to modify the Competition rules and Terms prior to the closing date by amending the rules and Terms hereof at its sole and absolute discretion.

Referrals

People who refer the game to a participant will be eligible for Grab vouchers worth $5, up to the first 100 referrals. Each person is eligible to receive this reward up to three times.

Reward: GRAB Voucher $5 (up to 100 referrals)

RULES:

To qualify,

• Both the referrer and the participant being referred must have submitted their score in the main competition at least once.
  • Exceptions: Employees (including their immediate families) of IPPFA and any other company professionally connected with this Competition, or anyone who has worked on this Competition, are eligible for the referral reward without needing to submit a score in the main competition.
• The participant being referred cannot be an existing IPPFA client, IPPFA adviser, or employee (including their immediate families) of IPPFA and any other company professionally connected with this Competition, or anyone who has worked on this Competition.

Each participant may submit only one name to receive the referral reward. If a participant submits multiple names, only the most recent submission will be considered.

The participant may not submit their own name for the referral reward.

An individual may receive this referral reward up to three times, limited to one GRAB Voucher $5 each.

The first 100 submitted referrals that meet the abovementioned criteria will be eligible for the referral reward.

The participant will be required to provide the necessary contact information and particulars of the nominated individual. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure that the nominee agrees to the disclosure of their personal details to IPPFA.

Unless contradicting the terms in this section, all terms in previous sections apply.

SHARE CAMPAIGN

Participants who share their scores on Instagram stand to receive a $50 GRAB Voucher. The 10 posts with the highest number of likes will qualify.

Rewards: $50 GRAB Voucher (10 winners)

RULES:

To qualify, participants must

1. Post a screenshot of their score on Instagram
2. Include the phrase “play #IPPFAInvestible at @ippfinancialadvisers” in the captions

The participant must have submitted their score to the main competition. The participant’s ranking in the main competition will not be taken into consideration in this campaign.

The Instagram account being used to make the post must be public, and must have made at least 5 posts prior to start of the campaign. The score share post must be made before 18 Dec 2022, 2300H, and the post must be available until the results are announced on 2 Jan 2023.

Participants may post multiple times, but may only receive the reward once.

In the event of a tie, the post that was made earlier will be given priority.

Employees (including their immediate families) of IPPFA and any other company professionally connected with this Competition, or anyone who has worked on this Competition, may submit a score to qualify for this reward, but will not be eligible to receive the prizes in the main Competition.

Winners will be contacted via Instagram DM. In the event that IPPFA cannot for any reason obtain the Winners’ acknowledgement and follow-up within seventy-two (72) hours of first attempting to do so, IPPFA reserves the right to select an alternative Winner(s) at its sole discretion.
